Cancellation or No Show
- The above rates quoted are in Singapore dollars and applicable for single and twin occupancy.
- Rates are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing 7% Goods & Services tax (GST).
- A one night non-refundable deposit is required for each room booked.
Reservation Guarantee
- All reservations must be guaranteed by a non-refundable deposit equivalent to one night room rate by the use of major credit cards or advance deposit.
Cancellation or No Show
- Room cancellation received with less than 30 days notice or no-show on the day of expected arrival is subject to one night room charge for each cancellation/no-show room.
