DATES/VENUE
The XI Asian Congress of Nutrition ( ACN ) will be held from 13 to 16 July 2011 at the Suntec Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre. All scientific sessions, registrations, exhibits and related activities will take place at the Convention Centre.

VISA APPLICATION
Please write in to the congress secretariat for the letter of introduction for visa application from the Singapore embassy. Kindly provide us with the following information in your request:

LIABILITY
The Organising Committee is not liable for personal accidents, loss or damage of private property of registered participants during the congress. Delegates and accompanying persons should make their own arrangement with respect to personal insurance.
LANGUAGE
The official language of the congress is English. There will be no simultaneous translation.
DISCLAIMER
Whilst every attempt has been made to ensure that all the events of the Congress detailed in the handbook will take place as scheduled, the Organising Committee reserves the prerogative to amend the programme as necessary.
REGISTRATION
All delegates are required to pay the basic registration fee to attend the scientific sessions. The basic registration fee also includes meeting satchel, teas and lunches, welcome reception and congress dinner.
On-site registration is located at Level 3 Foyer, Suntec Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre and will operate during the following hours:

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to all delegates.

The trade exhibition will be held at Gallery East at the Suntec Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre (Level 3).
