Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the secretariat acn2011@ams.edu.sg
  • Refund schedule:
    • Before/ on 1 May 2011 - Refund with 30% deduction for administrative fees
    • After 1 May 2011 - Refund with 50% deduction for administrative fees
  • All refunds will be processed after the conference.
  • No refunds will be given after 1 June 2011.
  • Replacement of delegates will be accepted at no extra charge provided a written request is submitted to the secretariat at acn2011@ams.edu.sg by 1 June 2011.
